Welcome to the start of a new school year!

Throughout the year, various activities for students and families have been planned, and we welcome your participation. Please indicate on the form below in which ways you might be willing to be involved.

We would greatly appreciate your help in any area that you would like to volunteer. It is very important to have wonderful parent volunteers like you and to have you involved in your student's music program here at Madison High School.
